1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Client, Lawyer, or Admin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Wukla Forum immediately.

2. Services We Provide

A lawyer directory where lawyers can register, create profiles, and verify credentials.
A booking system where clients can search, filter, and book lawyers based on city, specialization, or law category.
Lawyer dashboards for managing profiles, cases, and clients.
Client dashboards for managing bookings, case progress, and saved lawyers.
Admin dashboard for approving lawyers, moderating content, and managing users.
A discussion forum where verified lawyers can share views, case laws, and Q&A.
Legal resources and blogs offering guides, FAQs, and law updates.

3. User Eligibility

Clients must be 18+ and provide accurate details. Lawyers must provide valid credentials (Bar Membership Number, practice details). Admins are appointed by Wukla Forum.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must keep their login details confidential and provide accurate information. Wukla Forum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false or illegal information.

5. Lawyer Verification & Certificates

Lawyers must undergo verification. Upon approval, they receive a Registration Certificate via email. Fraudulent registrations will be rejected and reported.

6. Client-Lawyer Interaction

Clients may book lawyers via the platform. Wukla Forum is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Communications, agreements, and payments are solely between clients and lawyers.

7. Payments & Fees

Some services may be free; others require fees. Payment terms will be communicated clearly. Secure third-party gateways are used.

8. Prohibited Activities

Posting false or misleading info
Illegal or fraudulent activities
Misrepresentation as a lawyer without valid credentials
Spamming, hacking, or misusing the forum or booking system

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

All content (text, design, logos, blogs) belongs to Wukla Forum. Lawyers retain ownership of their details but grant Wukla Forum a license to display them. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Wukla Forum is a technology platform, not a law firm. We do not guarantee legal advice quality. We are not liable for disputes or losses from lawyer-client engagements.

11. Termination of Services

Wukla Forum may suspend or terminate access if you breach Terms, engage in fraud, or violate laws.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of Wukla Forum is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
