At Wukla Forum, we are committed to providing clients and lawyers with a secure, transparent, and reliable online legal directory and booking platform. This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services offered through www.wuklaforum.com.

1. General Policy

Wukla Forum is a technology platform that connects clients with verified lawyers across Pakistan. We do not directly provide legal advice or law firm services. Payments made on the platform may cover subscription fees, service charges, lawyer booking fees, or premium listing packages.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable:

Lawyer Verification Fees
Subscription or Membership Plans (monthly/annual)
Premium Lawyer Listings / Profile Boosts
Administrative & Processing Charges

Once paid, these services are considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

3. Refunds for Lawyer Bookings

If a client cancels before lawyer confirmation → eligible for refund (excluding service charges).
If a lawyer declines a booking → client may get full refund (excluding service charges).
If a lawyer fails to attend or provides fraudulent details → Wukla Forum may issue a refund at its sole discretion.

Important: Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with legal advice, case outcomes, or lawyer performance since Wukla Forum is only a connecting platform, not a law firm.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must email info@wuklaforum.com with:

Full Name
Booking ID / Transaction ID
Reason for Refund Request

Our support team will review the request within 7 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise between clients and lawyers, Wukla Forum may act as a mediator but does not guarantee refunds. In cases of fraudulent activity by a lawyer, Wukla Forum may suspend the lawyer’s account and issue refunds to affected clients.

6. Modifications to Refund Policy

Wukla Forum reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.
